PEDICARE: means the company Pedicare doo with its registered office at Gorenjska cesta 64, 1310 Ribnica.

Pedicare processes personal data in accordance with the principle of legality – 5. Article of the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection – EU Regulation 2016/679.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Pedicare Website and forms, applications, downloads, services or tools (collectively, the “Services”), regardless of how you access or use them, including through mobile devices.

Pedicare may change this Privacy Policy at any time by posting a modified version on the Website, including the effective date of the modified version. The current version of the privacy policy came into force on April 1, 2022.

Personal data: means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual; an identifiable individual is one who can be directly or indirectly identified.

Processing: means any act or set of acts carried out in relation to personal data or sets of personal data.

Controller: The data controller is Pedicare.

Pedicare processes your personal data with your permission, so that you can provide it to us via the completed form. In the latter case, Pedicare may collect the following personal data:

Pedicare implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a high level of personal data protection (some of the measures implemented by Pedicare are: use of firewalls and data encryption, control of physical access – protection of IT premises and equipment and control of access to information by password system for user authorization and identification).

PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA STORAGE

Pedicare retains your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, but no longer than 5 years from the date of your consent, which may be updated from time to time.

_gid 24 hours Used to differentiate between users.

_gat 1 minute Used to limit the frequency of hits. If Google Analytics is used through Google Tag Manager, this cookie will be named _dc_gtm_.

AMP_TOKEN 30 seconds to 1 year Contains a token that you can use to obtain a client ID from the AMP Client ID Service. Other possible values indicate a refusal, immediate request, or error in obtaining a client identification code from the AMP Client Identification Code Service.

_gac_ 90 days Contains information about the user related to the campaign. If you have interconnected Google Analytics and AdWords accounts, the AdWords Conversion Badges will read this cookie unless you decline it.
